Dean’s area of expertise is the Denver and surrounding communities, most of his transactions have been in the North West Metro Denver Area where he has lived for over 35 years. Arvada, Broomfield, Westminster, Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, and Thornton are all part of his families origins. He was a graduate of Arvada West High School and obtained his Masters in Business from Regis University. Dean, and his wife Ren, have a family of their own and so he understands the difference between a “house” and a “home”. Dean has been on staff in several metro Denver churches as a Youth pastor and now is involved with both Childrens and Youth Ministry. He has also been on staff in the classrooms of Arvada West High School and North Denver High School. “I really love real estate and all the details in the many facets of Real Estate,” says Dean.
