Hi! My name is Patty. I
have been working in real estate for over 7 years now. I
started out as an assistant for a good friend of mine.
When my daughter hit her Junior year of high school, and got her
drivers license (more independence on her part), I decided it was
time to get my license – in real estate, of course!
I am most familiar with
the west side of Denver, as I have lived here for the past 21 years;
but have worked in east Denver, and down south, even to Castle Rock.
This Spring I sold a house for a friend on the North Eastern Plains!
I love helping people
find their perfect home! Sometimes that means helping an investor
find a house that they can fix and flip: I work with several
investors and have helped them to find those houses that need lots
of work. I have been able to see the transformation, and turn around
and sell someone a beautiful “new” home!
